Location & Infrastructure

Discover the state where unparalleled infrastructure meets one of the world’s most affluent, interconnected, and concentrated markets.

Gateway to the World

New Jersey is situated in the heart of the Northeast, providing businesses a unique advantage with close proximity to major markets such as New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C., a region with a jaw-dropping $5.8 trillion in economic output.

In the world of business, time is money. And in New Jersey, we know how to move people and goods fast. A company located in central New Jersey can serve over 46 million consumers within a four-hour drive.

New Jersey is home to the Port of New York and New Jersey, the busiest seaport and the largest maritime cargo center on the East Coast; Newark Liberty International Airport, part of the busiest airport system in the United States for airport passengers; and the highest railroad density in the United States, making delivery of goods and access to customers easy and efficient.

Why did we choose New Jersey? Where the facility is located was important. It’s a logistics hub, connected to four major highways, close to two major metro areas — and it’s close to all our major suppliers. In addition to the location, we were fortunate enough to have rail access. We are shipping finished goods and receiving raw materials by rail.”
